Vitamin C Confusion
Cameron and Pauling reported beneficial results in treating cancer patients with vitamin C. Follow up studies found no benefit. Why the difference? Cameron was injecting vitamin C while the follow up studies were done with oral doses of vitamin C. Blood levels of vitamin C can be 140 times higher with injection of the vitamin than they are with oral doses. Large oral doses are almost totally lost unless delivered in a form like NeoLife's Super C. Injected vitamin C is not acting as a nutrient, it functions like a pharmaceutical drug with powerful activity against a wide range of toxic agents including bacteria and viruses.
