The following Covid-19 Prevention Protocol for a healthy person was published by the International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine (ISOM). This is in no way optimal nutritional intake but a bare minimum of nutrient intake to support an immune system to fight of viral infections. Censorship is heavy in this area. • Vitamin-C -- 3,000 MG per day (SHOULD be divided into doses, at least 3 doses) as tolerated
• Magnesium -- 400 MG per day (ideally, divided into doses)
• Vitamin-D3 -- 2,000 IU per day
• Zinc -- 20 MG per day
• Selenium -- 100 MCG (micrograms) per day
